These terms apply to Proposal & Positioning Optimisation (PPO) services provided by AIBOTIX. This page is a plain English summary and does not constitute legal advice.
1) About AIBOTIX
AIBOTIX provides structured proposal and tender optimisation services for UK engineering and commercial contractors. Our work focuses on improving clarity, positioning, differentiation, and risk mitigation within tender submissions.
2) Scope of Services
Services may include executive summary refinement, proposal structure reviews, risk mitigation strengthening, positioning improvements, reusable modules, and internal tender workflow guidance. All services are advisory and communication-focused in nature.
3) No Regulated Activity
AIBOTIX does not execute trades, handle client funds, provide investment services, or offer personalised financial advice. Our services relate solely to commercial tender documentation and communication quality.
4) Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring all information provided is accurate and lawful. Clients must redact confidential or commercially sensitive information before sharing documents unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5) Confidentiality & Data Minimisation
AIBOTIX operates under a data minimisation approach. We work with public information and client-approved redacted materials where possible. Project-related documents are retained only for the duration necessary to deliver agreed services unless a longer retention period is formally agreed.
6) Fees & Payment
Fees are agreed in writing prior to commencement of work. Payments may be processed via Stripe for invoice settlement. AIBOTIX does not operate subscription plans or recurring service contracts unless explicitly agreed in writing.
7) Delivery & Revisions
Delivery timelines and revision parameters are defined per engagement. Reasonable revisions are included within scope. Additional rounds of work may require separate written agreement.
8) Limitation of Liability
AIBOTIX provides professional best-effort advisory services. Tender outcomes remain subject to client decisions and external evaluation processes. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
9) Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
