1. Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of AIBOTIX, including the automated trading bot, dashboard, website, and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”). By creating an account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

AIBOTIX is a software provider. We do not provide financial advice, brokerage services, or investment recommendations. All trading decisions are executed automatically based on your connected brokerage API keys and your configuration settings.

2. Eligibility

To use AIBOTIX, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Comply with the laws and trading regulations of your country.
  • Use a brokerage account that legally allows automated trading (such as Alpaca).

3. No Financial Advice

AIBOTIX is not a financial advisor, broker, or asset manager. Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment advice. The Platform executes trades automatically based on market data, indicators, and AI-driven logic, but final responsibility always lies with you.

You acknowledge that:

  • Past performance does not guarantee future results.
  • Automated trading can lead to rapid gains or rapid losses.
  • You are solely responsible for any financial outcomes.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate personal information.
  • You must maintain the security of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your brokerage account is funded and active.
  • You must not use AIBOTIX to engage in market manipulation, prohibited trades, or illegal activity.
  • You must ensure your API keys have correct permissions and are valid.

5. API Key Security & Encryption

AIBOTIX uses AES‑256‑GCM encryption to store your brokerage API keys. Keys are never stored in plaintext and can only be decrypted with your session credentials. However, you acknowledge that:

  • Any trades executed using your keys are your sole responsibility.
  • You may revoke API keys at any time through your brokerage platform.
  • AIBOTIX is not liable for losses resulting from compromised API keys.

6. Automated Trading Behaviour

The AIBOTIX engine may:

  • Open and close trades automatically.
  • Rotate tickers using AI-driven selection models.
  • Use technical indicators (RSI, MACD, ATR, Bollinger Bands, sentiment data).
  • Apply risk limits, cooldowns, and daily loss prevention mechanisms.

You understand that automated trading behaviour may not always match expectations due to market volatility, API delays, outages, or brokerage-side constraints.

7. Risks Acknowledgement

You acknowledge the following risks:

  • Full or partial loss of investment.
  • Technical failures such as network errors, API downtime, or exchange outages.
  • Delayed or rejected orders.
  • Incorrect data received from third‑party providers.
  • AI-based decisions may be inaccurate or unexpected.

AIBOTIX provides tools but does not guarantee profits or performance of any kind.

8. Fees and Subscriptions

Some AIBOTIX features may require a paid subscription in the future. You agree that any fees will be clearly displayed before purchase and that you may cancel at any time unless otherwise stated.

Refunds are not provided for automated trading losses or user error.

9. Service Availability & Updates

We strive to keep AIBOTIX operational 24/7, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted uptime. Maintenance, updates, or external system outages may temporarily affect performance.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AIBOTIX and its developers shall not be liable for:

  • Financial losses or lost profits.
  • Loss of data, downtime, or account lockouts.
  • Brokerage-side errors or rejected orders.
  • AI decision-making inaccuracies.
  • Any indirect or consequential damages.

Your use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Platform, or engage in abusive behaviour. You may delete your account at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

AIBOTIX may update these Terms when necessary. Continued use of the Platform means you accept any updated version.
